The company came about like a dream…something we had both wanted for a long time.

The first time we went to Goa, we just simply fell in love with it! It was like saying to ourselves, YES!!! This is the place we've always dreamt of!!!

Affordable and idyllic, it's a paradise full of natural beauty, with pristine beaches, lush tropical foliage, and with the most extraordinary sense of lazy peaceful tranquillity.

The rhythm of lifestyle, which Goans call "susegad" is the perfect expression of what Goa is all about. The original Portuguese word "socegado" literally means "quiet".

Well, when we came back to the cold weather, we both made a decision to change our lives and truly live the life we've always dreamt of; so we did some research and found a few developments in south Goa which we thought were ideal.

YES, you've guessed it, we are not the hotel, nor resort type of people, we like to live and feel the true essence of where we are in true local style.

We prefer the back streets to the main roads, the uncrowded stretches of beautiful pink sand, of the southern beaches, rather than the crowded rave/party beaches, which Goa was more commonly known for some years back.

Saying this, the apartments are newly-built, high quality accommodations. They are situated in a tranquil seaside village called Benaulim, between the fisherman's village of Colva to the north and Varca, a more upmarket hotel resort, to the South.

They come fully furnished with fitted kitchen including gas cooker, fridge freezer and fans in every room. Most rooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with hot and cold showers.

Only one apartment, which is the penthouse, has one bathroom to share, but to make up for that, it has an enormous private terrace overlooking the swimming pool and beautiful landscaped gardens.
